BRMT for Adults
Our bodies have long memories. They remember chronic term and acute stress, traumatic experiences, repressed emotions, and injuries, and holds them as tension, pain, and stiffness in the body. Luckily, our bodies also remember the freedom and fluidity of movement and mind that we were meant to have from birth.
Primitive reflex integration for adults is used to release tension and stiffness, resolve pain, reconnect with emotions, regain mobility, increase resilience, and improve quality of life by addressing their cause. This program of gentle, innate movements communicates directly with the central nervous system to rewrite old patterns and bring positive change to our bodies and minds.
BRMT for Kids
BRMT provides a cause-oriented approach to addressing increasingly common challenges experienced by infants, toddlers, children, and teenagers. The majority of struggles experienced by today’s children are symptoms of a deeper cause - dysregulation of the central nervous system.
Whether it be emotional regulation challenges, low or high muscle tone, stress/ anxiety, attention difficulties, learning delays, or sensory processing challenges, the root of the issue is the central nervous system. Primitive reflex integration allows us to directly treat the cause of these challenges by nourishing the central nervous system with specific, innate movement patterns that promote new neural connections, brain maturation, and calming of the central nervous system.
Bioresonance
Everything in the universe vibrates at its own unique frequency. Bioresonance is a non-invasive therapy that can detect imbalances in the body related to pathogens (viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungi), allergies/ sensitivities, vitamin and mineral levels, organ function, cell function, and energetic patterns. This 20-minute consultation gives me time to get to know you and what you are looking for - whether that be primitive reflex integration for yourself or your child, a custom homeopathic remedy, or a chance to talk about any BRMT or reflex-related questions on your mind. Together, we will discuss your goals and make a plan to achieve them.
If you are new to BRMT, I recommend booking an initial consultation as your first appointment. From there, we can decide if private sessions will be right for you.

During these sessions I provide one-on-one guidance through a personalized BRMT plan, practice and coaching through a variety of BRMT movements, and discussion of a home program of BRMT to help you reach your goals.
The only materials needed for a BRMT session are a pillow, a blanket, and a spot on the floor!
All sessions are 50 minutes long and are conducted virtually.

BRMT courses are for parents, teachers, and allied healthcare professionals interested in creating change in the lives of their loved ones, students, clients, and patients. People of all experience levels are welcome.
The first person we practice BRMT with is always ourselves. I encourage students to enter class with an open mind and notice how they feel before and after the class. Many people experience change during the 2-day training, and return home with the tools to continue their BRMT journey and share with their families and clients.
